If you are have changed your mind and the product is unopened, you may return products purchased on www.pareci.com.au to us for a refund.

We cannot accept returned goods that we reasonably believe have been used.  The exception to this is if:

  • The product is deemed fault;

  • You have experienced an unfavourable skin reaction (imagery of reaction may be required).

Returns are not valid or accepted due to packaging changes unless deemed faulty.

You are responsible for postage costs and assume any risk of loss, theft or damaged goods during transit.

Send the returned items in their original condition within 14 working days of delivery to:

Refunds and exchanges will be processed within 20 days of receipt. Exchanges will be sent via standard shipping.

Purchases through unauthorised stockists

Due to the nature of our business, we do not guarantee or provide returns on any product purchased through an unauthorised stockist. This includes the sale of PARECI products on eBay, Amazon.com,Alibab.com,Catch.com.au or OzSale.com.au and will not be held responsible for any transactions made through these sites. As such, we urge our customers to purchase our products from our authorised stockists only; you can find a list of official stockists here.
